If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
